Tiger Analytics, Inc. has job openings for Lead Recruitment Analyst. Jobs located in Santa Clara, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Build, develop, and manage engineering sourcing teams. Develop and execute strategic approach to achieve company goals in expanding the business. Facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects. Establish innovative programs, events, and campaigns to hire the best talents and supervise the whole process. Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Lead and create monthly metrics-driven business reviews focused on constant improvement of the recruiting function. Demonstrate and apply knowledge of employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activity and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and regulatory standards. Manage requisitions, update and manage ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long and short term assignments at client sites. Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management (any), Human Resources, or related and 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. Will also accept Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management (any), Human Resources, or related and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
