Thanks for the partnership on delivering a successful project using GCP. We can truly acknowledge that we can now more accurately forecast demand across its 2000+ cafés several weeks in advance using the Tiger Analytics solution on Google Cloud Platform. The effort included ETL/ELT,joining and transformation of data sources, standardizing and denormalization of datasets and setting up ML Ops to monitor models in production. The solution leveraged cloud architecture using Vertex AI, Dataproc, BigQuery,Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions to improve the accuracy of sales forecasts by over 300 bps and orders forecasts by over 400 bps when compared to the current forecast system. These improvements enable a better customer experience and direct savings by minimizing stockouts and optimizing labor and food wastage.
