Inchcape is a global automotive distributor. It distributes and markets vehicles of some of the world’s most popular brands like Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW to over 40 countries across six continents, including Singapore. With the ever-evolving automotive sector, Inchcape wanted to adopt a data-driven digitalization journey for predictive analytics in customer engagement, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting. They named this strategy Accelerate. Inchcape partnered with Tiger Analytics to drive this digitalization journey.
Microsoft Azure was the platform of choice as migration and deployment of workloads could be automated. The platform is also faster and more agile compared to others. Tiger Analytics built a data analytics center of excellence, achieving a centralized approach to harnessing the power of data.
